Our Gym in West Bloomfield offers a range of amenities to cater to different fitness needs. For those looking for a relaxing post-workout experience, a dry rock sauna is available. Group fitness classes are also offered, allowing you to work out with others and add fun to your fitness routine. Additionally, the gym has a variety of fitness equipment, from treadmills and stationary bikes to free weights and resistance machines, ensuring that members have access to the tools they need to reach their fitness goals.
