Event Type 2 Yoga – Vinyasa

Yoga has been proven to benefit all ages and goals by increasing flexibility, eases sore joints and muscles, improves balance, and is a great compliment to all athletes- no matter the sport! Through the skill of our trainers, our program has been designed to be basic enough for the novice participant, yet challenging enough for anyone who wants to discover the physical milestones yoga can offer.
